Being a Dad with Depression – and dealing with it
Being a Dad is great, dealing with depression is not so great and being a Dad with depression can be tough. Everyone gets sad from time to time and I think it’s good to have moments of sadness and depression in our lives so we can stop and take stock of why we are feeling this way and do something about it.

Guest Bloggers 2013
We’re looking for guest bloggers again this year. If you’ve had/do have experiences with depression/other mental illness you’d like to share, then please think about being a Capril guest blogger. This person wanted to share their story, but remain anonymous, so here is their story: As a long time listener and fan of Get This, I have been well aware of, and celebrated Capril since it’s inception. Guest Blogger Kris Adams

I was a sensitive boy, sensitive to social injustices; I remember crying at the sight of starving Ethiopians on the TV news. Finding joy only in fantasy I spent many hours reading alone. Brought up in

Guest Blogger @Drag0nista
It’s fair to say that this time two years ago I was counting down my final days. I’d decided the circumstances under which I would end my life. It’s not that I had nothing to live for. I had a very successful career, a beautiful daughter, and a family who loved me despite my intermittent contact with them.
